Robert G. Williams, P.H. D.
Chief Executive Officer
Bob Williams is the founder of Veritas HHS and oversees all aspects of its operations. A national expert in child support enforcement, Bob also has in-depth knowledge of eligibility processes and health care reform, including the Affordable Care Act. While actively engaged in the oversight of all Veritas HHS operations, Bob also participates in development of national child support policy through his volunteer role with the National Child Support Engagement Association (NCSEA).
Chrissy Brogdon
Chief Operating Officer
An expert on project management, process improvement, and change management, Chrissy oversees all full-service child support operations. A certified Project Management Professional, Chrissy's expertise and guidance have been critical to Veritas HHS' unbroken record or performance improvement.
Alex Garnes
Chief Information Officer
Alex directs business intelligence and IT functions for Veritas HHS and also leads consulting projects for business analytics and process improvement. He is an expert in the practical application of predictive modeling, business intelligence, and performance analysis to achieve measurable effectiveness and efficiency gains in actual program applications. He directed consulting projects to develop child support management dashboards for the Kansas and Arizona child support programs. Alex ensures that all Veritas HHS projects are supported by sophisticated data analytics enabling staff to work smarter and enabling them to maximize their effectiveness.
Amy Martin
Senior Vice President
Amy is a successful human service executive with over 20 years of experience managing voluntary paternity acknowledgment programs, new hire reporting programs, and full-service child support offices. She has unmatched national expertise in voluntary paternity programs, having exercised direct management authority over programs in nine states and consulted on improvements in seven others. She ensures that Veritas HHS' voluntary paternity programs for South Carolina and Virginia achieve exceptional results. She also guides various full-service operations to achieve continuous performance improvements.
Scott Lekan
Senior Vice President
Scott is an experienced leader in government operations serving local, state, and federal agencies at the executive level for the last 30 years. His human services background includes time as the Assistant Director for the Arizona DES Division of Aging and Adult Services. His child support services experience includes the Arizona Child Support Services Director and Commissioner for the Federal Office of Child Support Services at the Administration for Children and Families. His expertise is invaluable to driving performance and customer service improvements in some of Veritas HHS' largest sites.
Lori Keel
Vice President for Operations
Lori has more than 35 years of operational experience in child support, with more than 21 years in supervisory or management roles. At Veritas HHS for the past six years, she has successfully guided the Baltimore City Office of Child Support Services and helped it achieve remarkable results for the City's children and families. She also partners with the Maryland Child Support Administration by helping to address policy, operational, and systems issues for the statewide program.
Tim Hansen
Vice President of Human Resources
Tim Hansen is the Vice President of Human Resource for Veritas HHS and oversees all people related aspects for the company. He is a seasoned HR professional of more than 30 years, and has extensive HR knowledge in areas such as: Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits, Talent Management, HRIS, and Performance Management to name of few. Tim has worked for organizations in multiple industries with the last seven being in Child Support Services.
